McKenna Kelley is a woman of many hats. She is a full-time gymnastics coach, hosts two podcast shows, is a life coach for gymnasts in mental training, as well as the executive assistant for a nonprofit. Being a retired 2X All American collegiate gymnast, McKenna's passion for health and wellness developed over time being an athlete her whole life. Knowing it would take sacrifice and determination to fuel herself properly and take care of her body, she learned to fall in love with the process. Her desire to be the best version of herself starts with taking care of herself physically, emotionally and mentally, and with What the Fit: the Health Podcast, the podcast allows her to share those tips and tricks she has learned along the way. Her passion is to share and encourage others that they can do the same; that change starts with them, and that they have all the tools to be the best version of themself.
The best piece of advice McKenna has heard along the way --
"You don't have to be great to start, but you have to start to be great."
Megan Bailes is full of energy and never says no to a challenge. Always looking to laugh, stay busy and live in the moment, Megan might surprise you with her academic accomplishments running long for someone her age. As a former LSU athlete, she has always been drawn to the world of fitness and health. At a time when soccer came to an unexpected end, Megan's desire for a new journey was crucial. She found that she had a passion for inspiring and motivating others to live their healthiest life. The path to purpose is not always straight, but always incredibly eye-opening. Through the extensive experience and training Megan received as an athlete, she wanted to share that with others. Megan and McKenna saw the opportunity to create the What the Fit: the Health Podcast to educate anyone and everyone to pursue a healthier lifestyle. Health, soccer, CrossFit, meditation and developing a hungry mentality has fueled Megan's mindset for success. To see a difference, you have to make a change. As she has grown and seen the positive effects of health and wellness, Megan's passion and drive is to help others make that healthy change.
