-1/2c frozen berries
- 1 scoop vanilla protein
- water
- Go Lean Crunch cereal
-2/3 cup creamy almond (or peanut) butter
-1/2 dark chocolate chips
- 1 cup old fashion oats
- 1/2 ground flax seeds
- 2 Tbps agave
**combine all ingredients and refrigerate for 15-20 minutes
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1 scoop protein powder
-1/2 cup almond butter
- 1/4 cup agave
- 1tsp vanilla extract
- 1 Tbsp almond milk
- Sprinkles!
*combine dry ingredients, then wet. Refrigerate
- 2 scoops protein (flavor of your choice)
- 1 whole egg
- 1 egg white
-1/3 almond milk
- 1 tsp baking soda
- TIP: top with fruit and agave (not syrup)
- sauté chicken sausage until slightly brown
- add spinach & cook about 2 minutes
- cook Banza pasta as instructed, sprinkle garlic salt in water
- spinach salad topped with light vinaigrette and fresh mozzarella
**salt to taste (I used salt and garlic salt)
- 3 eggs
- 3 large bananas
- 1Tbsp vanilla extract
- 2 Tbsp agave
-1.5c almond flour
- 2 scoops Arbonne vanilla protein powder
-1tsp baking soda
- sprinkle of salt
- dash of ground cinnamon
Optional: dark chocolate chips
**Cook at 350F for 50-60 minutes, use lined parchment paper
